Samsung has already confirmed the date of the Galaxy Unpacked in a veiled way, but here it is in plain text – the next generation of foldable devices will be announced on August 10.
The event starts at 13:00 UTC and will be streamed live on YouTube as well as on Samsung.com (we’ll post the live stream when it starts). The event will focus on “how the company pushes boundaries, defies convention and opens doors to new experiences.”
Or to put it more specifically, Samsung will introduce the Galaxy Z Flip4 and Z Fold4, plus new wearables – the Galaxy Watch5 series and the new Galaxy Buds. Check back with us on the 10th for full coverage of all the new gadgets.
Expect more official teasers in the next three weeks. Additionally, fans in the US can now pre-order a foldable watch and headphones and will receive store credit as a bonus.
