A Page Six insider claims the couple called it quits earlier this week.

“Kim and Pitt have decided to just be friends,” the source said. “They have a lot of love and respect for each other, but have found that the long distance and their demanding schedules make it really difficult to stay in touch.”

Davidson spends much of her time working on a film in Australia, while mother-of-four Kardashian, 41, juggles her business and co-parenting with ex-husband Kanye West in Los Angeles.

Page Six said it was told the split had “nothing to do with Kanye” and that their divorce was “moving forward.”

The insider added to the outlet, “They are focusing on co-parenting.”

This comes after the fifth divorce lawyer for Kardashian’s ex Kanye West officially withdrew from his case.

The move is said to have come months after she filed for removal due to an irreconcilable rift with the rapper.

West’s attorney, Samantha Spector, was released as his attorney on Friday, according to TMZ.

West, 45, and his ex-wife had a settlement conference on Friday, and Spector was supposed to formally step aside at a date next week, but the judge apparently approved it today.

According to TMZ, the judge informed the court that West must take action and submit his financial statements to settle the pending issues or the case will head to trial in December.

“If Kanye becomes everyone’s ghost, then in all likelihood when the case goes before a judge in December, Kim will get what she wants,” TMZ said.

In May, when it was reported that Spector had filed to have them withdrawn, The Blast reported that a non-divorce attorney from Pennsylvania would represent West in his split with Kardashian in the interim.

Spector, who previously represented Amber Heard and Dr. Dre’s ex-wife Nicole Young, was hired by the rapper earlier this year amid his acrimonious split with the reality star.

Counting Spector, Kanye has already gone through five lawyers in the case, according to TMZ.

Spector previously relieved attorney Chris Melcher of his duties in the case, the outlet reported in March.

Insiders told TMZ at the time that Kanye had been indecisive in his relationship with Melcher, sometimes seeking a settlement and other times looking to fight her in court.

Kardashian’s attorney, Laura Wasser, is said to have claimed that West “strategically” switched attorneys in an attempt to delay the divorce proceedings.

Kardashian filed for divorce from him in February 2021 after more than six years of marriage.

She has been dating comedian Davidson since last fall and shares daughters North, nine, Chicago, four, as well as sons Saint, six, and Psalm, three, with Kanye.

A source told Us Weekly on Thursday, despite West’s apparent online threats against Davidson during their romance, which included warnings that she should never see their children, “Kim and Kanye have been parenting really well lately. They are very nice to each other right now, no problems. They both treat each other with mutual respect.”
