Police have launched an urgent appeal for help to find a missing Lewisham woman.
Patricia, 63, left a psychiatric facility in Forest Hill at 2pm on August 5.
Officers say she boarded the 185 bus to Victoria.
If you have seen her or have information on her whereabouts, call 999 and quote reference number 22MIS027565.
Lewisham MPS (@MPSLewisham) tweeted: “Have you seen Patricia missing from #Lewisham?
“The 63-year-old left a #ForestHill psychiatric facility around 2pm today and boarded a route 185 bus to #Victoria.
“If you see her please do not approach but call 999 quoting 22MIS027565.”
