Crews from the St. John’s Regional Fire Department are battling a blaze at the Robin Hood Bay Regional Landfill.

It comes as hot, dry conditions fuel wildfires raging in central Newfoundland and the Department of Fisheries, Forestry and Agriculture extends an open fire ban across the province.
