Two kids in central Sask. Amber Alert found safe

Two children at the center of an Amber Alert issued in Saskatchewan have been found, according to RCMP.

RCMP in Saskatchewan issued an Amber Alert Monday night, asking the public to be on the lookout for a pair of seven- and eight-year-old children.

A police release Tuesday said they were believed to be with their mother and Benjamin Martin Moore, 50, who is considered a danger to children.

A Facebook post from the Meade County Sheriff’s Office in Sturgis, South Dakota, early Wednesday said the two children were “safely recovered” and that several police units in the area led to the “apprehension of these suspects.”

RCMP confirmed Wednesday morning that the four have been located in South Dakota and the Amber Alert has ended.
