A teenager has been charged with impaired driving after a vehicle overturned on the Hamilton Freeway overnight, police said.
Hamilton police say officers were patrolling Lincoln Alexander Parkway when they observed a vehicle that had crashed and flipped on the Upper Gage on-ramp.
A 16-year-old boy was found lying on the grass, police said.
Officers treated and transported the teenager to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
No other injuries were reported.
The exact cause of the collision is unknown.
Police said the teenager only had a G1 license and was charged with drink driving.
