“The crew started CPR immediately,” Bushey said. “Unfortunately, by the time they got to the hospital, the man was dead.”

Bushey said the property has several rental units with a shared courtyard where the outdoor hot tub is located.

RCMP issued a statement Tuesday night confirming they were called to the scene on Kananaskis Way due to reports of a possible electrocution. Police said the man is a 25-year-old Saskatchewan resident.

The RCMP investigation is ongoing.
