A collision between two boats on Meteor Lake has left one person dead.
That’s according to a media release issued today by the Ontario Provincial Police’s South Porcupine Detachment.
The incident happened around 22:10 on Sunday.
Meteor Lake is located south of the village of Morin, midway between Sudbury and Timmins.
The OPP investigation is continuing with the assistance of technical collision investigators and additional details will be released as they become available.
