A note from Florence Pugh so you don’t worry, dear, actors

While Florence only attended the film’s premiere during the ongoing festival, that was plenty of time for a lot to happen.

But despite the unpleasant tension between several cast members, Florence took to Instagram to address everyone with a kind note.

“I still accept everything! Qwoaaar. What kind of moment was that?” Florence captioned a photo of the entire cast.

She continued: “I had never been to the Venice Film Festival before. It was mega! The crowds! The applause! The energy was incredible.”

Florence added a salute to the cast, though she didn’t name anyone by name.

“Huge congratulations to everyone standing on this carpet,” Florence wrote. “We premiered in Venice! A huge wonderful victory in itself.”

She went on to thank “the entire cast and crew” who “helped make this movie” for their hard work.

“We truly wouldn’t be there without your talent and we appreciate it immensely,” she shared.

In the rest of her post, Florence only mentioned one colleague by name – Chris Pine (who doesn’t even have an Instagram).

“I also just can’t help but post how damn cute and hilarious Chris Pine is for being the #1 photographer, getting down on his knees in white pants for corners,” she noted. “That’s dedication. I love you Chrissy.’

In the comments section, Florence received love from fans as well as co-stars Nick Kroll and Gemma Chan, while others still didn’t seem to respond.

With the festival a few days away, only time will tell if there will be any other interactions between the cast.
