South Bruce OPP are reminding drivers of the importance of sharing the road after a recent collision with a bicyclist.
Around 9:00 p.m. Friday, police were called to a vehicle collision on Highway 21 in the town of Kincardine.
Officers responded with members of Kincardine Fire and EMS and Bruce County EMS and determined that a pickup truck and bicycle were involved in the collision.
The cyclist was taken to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Members of the OPP’s Traffic Incident Management and Enforcement (TIME) team are assisting the South Bruce OPP with this investigation.
The investigation is in its early stages.
