Post Office IT scandal cases may be miscarriages of justice

The chairman of the commission, Bill Matthews, said: “The cases we have taken to the High Court today are exceptional in terms of the commission’s workload, as each is based on the operation of the Post Office’s computer system, Horizon, and the conduct of the Post Office Ltd.”
