In her remarks to Sakoulas, judge Mrs Justice Chiima-Grubb said: “There is no doubt that the calm and dignified persistence of these parents and the family of this young man has led to your appearance over three years of heartbreak and effort before the court and the opportunity plead guilty to a crime.”
