Scottish Budget could lead to service cuts, councils warn

At a meeting of the Convention of Scottish Local Authorities (Cosla), leaders said the majority of that sum was for existing commitments – claiming the deal meant another massive real-world cut in funding that left them “extremely disappointed”.
