A well-known CES tradition is back this year – bigger and better after the pandemic hiatus – from LG Electronics, the global leader in OLED display technology, with LG OLED Horizon, the latest exhibit to welcome visitors to the huge stand the company at CES.
Constructed with 260 flexible 55-inch open-frame displays, the CES 2023 installation showcases LG OLED’s unmatched picture quality and ability to accommodate unique form factors. Measuring 20 feet tall and 82 feet wide, the exhibit captivated tens of thousands of CES 2023 attendees on a breathtaking journey prepared by Mother Nature herself.
A stunning blend of art and technology and a fitting tribute to the now 10-year legacy of innovation that is LG OLED, Horizon has created an immersive viewing experience with incredibly vivid images of flora and fauna on an almost seamless, panoramic screen.
LG OLED delivers stunning pictures with pitch black and incredible contrast from every angle. Self-illuminating pixels that can be turned on and off individually help make images incredibly lifelike. Without the need for a backlight, LG’s OLED displays are thin, light and bendable.
The installation at the main entrance of the central hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center enticed visitors to try the 2023 LG OLED TVs, led by unique wireless and transparent models presented at the LG booth.

Since 2016, LG OLED installations have been must-see attractions at major international events. LG’s first memorable OLED installation at CES, the 2016 LG OLED Tunnel, featured a dome-like configuration and displayed mesmerizing scenes of the night sky, earning LG a Red Dot Award for Spatial Communication.
The following year, Senses of the Future, a large-scale light-based artwork presented at Milan Design Week, won the 2017 Milano Design Award for Best Installation, making LG the first Korean company ever to receive this recognition. and Red Dot Grand Prize in the Spatial Communication category.
2019 LG OLED Falls repeated the Red Dot award. The 2020 LG OLED Wave was the latest installation showcasing a journey of discovery, showcasing the glory of the natural world on more than 200 flat and curved OLED displays.
