North America wasn’t the only region to see price cuts, as many countries in Europe were also affected by the changes. Although unlike in Canada and the US, the price cuts so far only appear to affect the Model 3 and Model Y, not the Model S and Model X, which just recently resumed deliveries last month after a two-year hiatus.
So far, we’ve seen reports of price cuts in Germany, France, Spain, Portugal, Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Norway, and probably many more. The price reduction appears to have great variability across the region, ranging from less than 1% in some countries to around 20% and even more in others.
In Denmark, the price cuts have an even bigger impact, as one of our readers says they put most Model 3 and Model Y configurations below the threshold when additional taxes are added, making them even cheaper, like an incentive or discount. do.
