Weapon banners in Genshin Impact always include two weapons, so it’s important that players know what they want from this kind of banner. For version 3.4, this article will evaluate both Light of Foliar Incision and Primordial Jade Winged-Spear.

Is the leaf section light worth it?
- Base Attack: 542
- Sub Stats: 88.2% CRIT DMG
- Effect: CRIT Rate increases by 4%. After normal attacks deal elemental DMG, the leaf-slicing effect will be gained, increasing the DMG dealt by normal attacks and elemental skills by 120% of elemental mastery. This effect will wear off after 28 instances of DMG or 12 seconds. You can get a leaf cut once every 12 seconds.
Light of Foliar Incision can easily rank among the best swords in Genshin Impact. This weapon is a perfect choice for Dendro and Electro DPS units because it helps them shine in their Quicken team competitions.
Characters like Keqing or Alhaitham need Elemental Mastery to maximize their damage and spread responses. This is perfect for Light of Foliar Incision’s passive as it will further improve their DMG based on their Elemental Mastery.
Light of Foliar Incision Character Tier List
There are two important considerations to keep in mind when choosing a character to wield Light of Foliar Incision. First, the sword’s passive has a strict requirement that limits who can unlock its effect. The sword user wielding Light of Foliar Incision should be able to deal Elemental DMG with their normal attacks, or at least have a support that helps infuse DMG, like Chongyun or Candace. Finally, Light of Foliar Incision has a whopping 96% CRIT value that can be super useful for any DPS in the game even if it can’t activate the sword’s passive.

- S-level: Alhaitham, Keqing.
- Level A: Kamisato Ayaka, Kamisato Ayato, Nilou.
- B-level: Albedo, Traveler, Kaeya, Xingqiu.
- Don’t use: Bennett, Jean, Kazuha, Kuki Shinobu, Layla, Qiqi.
Is Primordial Jade Winged-Spear worth it?
- Base Attack: 674
- Substat: 22.1% CRIT Rate
- Effect: On hit, increases ATK by 3.2% for 6s. Maximum 7 stacks. This effect can only occur once every 0.3 seconds. As long as you have the maximum possible stacks, the DMG dealt is increased by 12%.
Primordial Jade Winged-Spear is one of the best spears in Genshin Impact. The wood weapon has great base ATK that can help any DPS scale better with ATK%. Additionally, Primordial Jade grants its user a decent amount of CRIT Rate to ensure that their hits will result in additional DMG.
Primal Jade Winged Spear Hero Level List
The passive says it all, more ATK scaling on every hit, making Primordial Jade Winged-Spear a good choice for any wood weapon unit that wants to deal more DMG in Genshin Impact.
