A 23-year-old from Aylmer, Ont., along with an Aylmer-based business, are facing multiple charges after a crash that left dozens of logs strewn along the roadway and left one person injured.
On Tuesday, Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a three-vehicle collision in Mapleton.
In a video posted to Twitter on Tuesday, OPP Const. Joshua Cunningham said Tuesday around 12:30 p.m., officers responded to a three-vehicle crash in Mapleton Township at the intersection of Wellington County Roads 7 and 12.
According to the OPP, a tractor-trailer carrying a load of logs, an SUV with one passenger and a minivan with seven passengers collided.
One of the passenger vehicles was shown upside down with a small amount of debris strewn across the road.

The driver of the SUV, a 69-year-old Clifford resident, suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to a local hospital.
A home near the collision was affected when debris from the collision damaged two vehicles, a large propane tank, lawns and hydro services to the residence, the OPP said.
“There was some damage to the property owner here,” Cunningham told CTV News Kitchener. “There was a tank on the side of the house that was displaced and damaged. So the investigators will be looking for and taking general data on them as well.”
He added: “Investigators are still gathering evidence, still looking at the events that took place.”
The roadway was closed for several hours.
