Rapists fled ATM money after raiding Sainsbury’s in the early hours of the morning.
Police said at about 2 a.m. Saturday, April 30, men in a dark gray car raided a supermarket on Church Street, Warrington. Once inside, the couple robbed an ATM, stealing cash.
They left the scene shortly before 3 am. Forensic scientists are currently looking for witnesses to the theft.

Officials said that despite the incident, which occurred at 2 a.m., the dark gray car had been parked near the front of Sainsbury’s store since about midnight.
Anyone who has noticed the car is urged to contact the police. Detective David Gerard of Warrington CID said: “Investigations into this incident are at an early stage and we are committed to doing our best to track those responsible. As part of our investigation, we would like to hear from anyone who has witnessed the incident or seen anything suspicious in the area.
“The same goes for anyone who has a CCTV footage or CCTV camera that can help with the investigation. I urge anyone who has any information – no matter how small – to contact us.
