A video shared on YouTube appears to show Hurd looking startled and stumbling slightly as she and her ex-husband stare as the court breaks.
The video shows Hurd apparently withdrawing from fear, while Depp, who suffers from vision problems, seems to be looking in her direction before a security guard walks in between them to make sure they’re not getting close. Depp then turned, shrugged slightly, and smiled.

During Hurd’s two-day testimony this week, sticky bears and candy were spotted in front of Depp, who was caught in court looking down or talking to his legal team.

Last month, in a viral video on TikTok, Depp was caught painting and showing his artwork to his lawyer, Benjamin Chu. TikToker, who claims to be in #TeamJohnny, posted the video with the caption: “Watch what he tells his lawyer.” So far, the fragment has noted over 1 million likes on the social media platform.
Ahead of their close meeting in Fairfax County Court, Virginia, on Thursday, Hurd recounted with tears the painful details of his five-year relationship with Depp, including cases of alleged assault and verbal abuse.

During his testimony this week, Hurd painted a picture of an allegedly controlling and physically abusive Depp who, since he was known to the world as one of Hollywood’s biggest movie stars, was Dr. Jekyll. Like Hyde, a “monster” behind closed doors. The two fell in love while promoting their 2011 film The Rum Diary together.

The first time Depp was allegedly hit was after she laughed at a tattoo on his arm.
“I have never been hit like that. I was just watching him. “I did not say or react to anything,” she said. “It simply came to our notice then. He hit me one more time, hard. I lost my balance and suddenly realized that the worst thing that could happen to me… He just hit me. ”

While on a flight from Boston to Los Angeles in 2014, Hurd claims that Depp kicks her in the back in jealous rage over intimate scenes she shot with actor James Franco for a film they are shooting together.

Another time, Hurd described Depp’s hysteria when he accused her of flirting with someone at the 2014 Met Gala in New York. In their hotel room after the event, the couple got into a physical altercation.

Elsewhere, Hurd testified that Depp had abused her with a bottle of alcohol during an explosive battle in 2015 and threatened to kill me.

According to NBC News, the hashtag #JusticeForJohnnyDepp appeared more than 8.3 billion times on TikTok as of Friday, while #JusticeForAmberHeard has garnered only 30 million views on the social media platform.
Depp is suing Hurd for $ 50 million, claiming that her 2018 Washington Post publication slandered him when he described himself as a survivor of domestic violence. The article never mentions the Pirates of the Caribbean star by name, but Depp claims that the article suggests that he is the rapist and has influenced his acting career. Hurd has filed a $ 100 million counterclaim, arguing that Depp slandered her by calling her a liar.
