Primary school issues warning after “middle-aged man invites children to the car”

Primary school issued a warning to parents after reports of a man asking children to get in his car near the school doors. In a letter to parents on Friday, the Rhydypenau school in Lanichen, Cardiff, said it had been notified of concerns about an accident outside another primary school, Llanishen Fach in Rhiwbina. “This morning we received several reports of a suspicious vehicle approaching some of our students on their way home yesterday. The vehicle is described as a carrier of black people driven by a middle-aged man. The driver verbally intimidated the students and asked them to get in his car.
