A California man is facing federal charges after allegedly touching two women on a flight from Los Angeles to Boston this week.
Jaraj Singh Dylan, 42, faces two counts of sexual misconduct while in special jurisdiction over United States aircraft.
Dylan was sitting next to a woman caring for her young child when he allegedly reached out and touched her thighs and groin, according to the Massachusetts County Attorney’s Office.
“This man just touched me,” the victim said as she cried for help.

Another woman, sitting on the other side of the aisle from Dhillon, claimed he grabbed her by the groin as she stood next to her seat.

The flight attendants removed Dylan from the area and placed him in another part of the plane for the flight.
Law enforcement escorted the suspects from the plane when it landed at Boston Logan International Airport on Tuesday morning.

Dylan told an FBI agent he was flying to the East Coast to pick up a truck and take it back to California, and took a sleeping pill, Ambien, about 15 minutes after takeoff, according to a criminal complaint received by the Sacramento bee.

Dylan faces three years in prison, one year of controlled release and a fine of up to $ 250,000, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
