Android and iOS users used to see the “Everyone”, “My Contacts” and “Nobody” options in the “Last View” and “Account Snapshot” privacy settings, but now “My Contacts Except” has been added as a fourth option . By clicking on this option, users can select specific contacts who do not want to see their profile photo and have recently seen it.

The process of setting the privacy of a profile photo

  1. First open WhatsApp. Click on the 3 points given in the upper right corner.
  2. After clicking there, click the 6th option, Settings.
  3. Then click the Account option.
  4. There you will see the privacy option at the top, click on it.
  5. In Privacy, you’ll see another Account Snapshot option.
  6. When you click on the profile picture you will see 4 options.
  7. You can then choose the option of your choice.

Earlier, if someone’s contact number was saved in the phone, they may see your profile picture, but now it will change.

You will now be able to back up data from an Android phone to an iPhone
