A photojournalist and a soldier who were killed by Russian forces in Ukraine were “coldly executed”, the press group said.
Max Levin and serviceman Alexei Chernyshov, both Ukrainians, were killed by Russian forces weeks after the invasion began, but new details about where their bodies were found suggest they were executed, Reporters Without Borders reported on Wednesday.
Levin’s body was found lying in the ground, with a single bullet buried in the ground below, the group said.

“He was probably killed by one, maybe two bullets fired at close range when he was already on the ground,” the group said.
